Dear Mrs. Hranush Hakobyan,

I was recently informed that the Ministry of Diaspora is marking its glorious fifth anniversary in October 2013.

Five years is not enough time, but throughout its short existence, the ministry has carried out many important activities under your leadership and has become one of the most beloved and most significant ministries for us Diaspora Armenians, and that’s why calling it a glorious anniversary is appropriate.

The Armenian Diaspora is very versatile. All Armenians in the Diaspora have their problems, depending on which country they live in. The ministry advances the difficult efforts with your support and solidarity.

The only thing left for us Diaspora Armenians to do is to support you and make it easy for you to fulfill your duty for the nation.
