On October 24, RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan received Director of the U.S.-based ARPA Institute Hagop Panossian.
Issues related to cooperation and reciprocal ties between students were discussed.
The minister assigned to organize Hagop Panossian’s lectures at several universities in Armenia.
RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan also introduced Hagop Panossian to the program aimed at establishing the New Aleppo district for Syrian-Armenians in Ashtarak city.
