Jivan Avetisyan says the world must know about Artsakh through the film “The Last Resident” (video)

The National Film Academy of Armenia has received three applications to present films for the annual Oscars. The films are Jivan Avetisyan’s “The Last Resident”, Davit Safaryan’s “28.94 Local Time” and Sarik Andreasyan’s “Earthquake”.
Jivan Avetisyan is certain that there is a need to present a film devoted to Artsakh and that this must be a unique way of struggling to talk about the issue of Artsakh in a universal language.
