I was grateful to receive your invitation to attend the official ceremony dedicated to the 5^th anniversary of the RA Ministry of Diaspora.

Thanks to your efforts, the RA Ministry of Diaspora has not only done a tremendous amount of work to connect Diaspora Armenians to the Homeland and call out to them to come home through the “Ari Tun” Program, but has also been able to become a major presence in Diaspora Armenian communities and become an “oasis” of arts and culture, keeping the love of our nation and the Armenian Spirit alive.

Highly appreciating the efforts of the RA Ministry of Diaspora and especially your tremendous amount of work, I congratulate you and your staff on the 5^th anniversary of the RA Ministry of Diaspora, as well as on the 22^nd anniversary of Independence of Armenia. I wish you good health and more success and express my willingness to continue working with you for the welfare and prosperity of Armenians in Armenia and the Diaspora.
