On July 23 at around 10:55, soldier of the Defense Army of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Arsen Arakelyan received a fatal gunshot injury in the position of a regiment located in the south-eastern direction.

As reported the press service of the NKR Ministry of Deense, investigation is underway to clarify the details.
