On July 20 at 20:11, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia received information from the Department of Emergency Situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia that, at 12:49, citizen of the Republic of Armenia M. A. (born in 1976) had drowned in the Black Sea near the Shekvetil village, which is located in the Ozurget district of Guria region of Georgia.

As posted on the official website of the RA Ministry of Emergency Situations, rescuers brought the body of the citizen out of the sea at 13:00.
