Director of the subholding company of entertainment TV channels of Gazprom Media Holding and THT television channel Artur Janibekyan has won the Media-Manager of Russia 2016 Award. This is the second time Janibekyan is winning this award, as reported on the Facebook page of THT.

The gold statuette was awarded to Janibekyan “For creating and effectively administering the subholding company of entertainment television channels of Gazprom Media Holding”.

Artur Janibekyan is one of the creators of the satirical show Comedy Club and the founder of Comedy Club Production, which has released shows such as Comedy Club, Comedy Woman, Stand Up!, as well as the Univer and Nasha Russia soap operas.

Janibekyan also received the Media-Manager of Russia Award in 2012 “For exceptional contributions to the creation of trademarks and TV products, as well as for the largest deal signed in television and content-production”.
