President Serzh Sargsyan and First Lady Rita Sargsyan today participated in the event dedicated to the 90^th anniversary of the Armenian National Philharmonic Orchestra at Aram Khachaturian Grand Concert Hall.

By the decrees of the President of the Republic of Armenia, artistic director and principal conductor of the Armenian National Philharmonic Orchestra Eduard Topchyan was granted the 2^nd degree Medal for Services to the Homeland for notable contributions made to the field of music and on the occasion of the 90^th anniversary of the Armenian National Philharmonic Orchestra, while the orchestra’s tube player Vagharshak Pepanyan and concertmeister of the trumpet players’ group Shahen Gevorgyan were granted the honorary title of Merited Artist of the Republic of Armenia.
