On 13-15 October, Armenia will host the first ArmHiTec-2016 international exhibition of arms and defense technologies.

As reported the press service of the RA Ministry of Defense, the organizing of the international exhibition has been included in the action plan for the summit of the CSTO Collective Security Council to be held in Armenia in October 2016.

In particular, the exhibition will showcase panzer units, artillery, aviation, Anti-aircraft warfare measures, engineering technologies, chemical protection measures, ATSs, robotics, military uniforms, communication and laser technologies and several other samples.

During the June 21-23 visit of the delegation of the RA Ministry of Defense to Moscow, First Deputy Minister of Defense David Tonoyan and Executive Director of the Scientific Research Institute for Mathematical Machines of Yerevan CJSC Arsen Taroyan reached an agreement on the exhibition during a meeting with General Director of “Bizon” Exhibition Companies Group CJSC Sergey Marichev.
