On behalf of the Armenian Assembly of America and myself, I would like to cordially congratulate you on the creation of the Ministry of Diaspora and its active efforts throughout the past five years.

In a changing world with a tremendous mass of Armenians scattered across the globe, it is hard to overestimate the significance of such a structure that consolidates all Armenians.

Thanks to your experience and dedication, all Armenians have felt that they have a place to call home in the Homeland where they wait for them with longing and willingness.

I wish you more success for the benefit of all Armenians in the years to come.
