Armenia has new representative in Council of Europe
Armenia has a new representative in the Council of Europe. In accordance with Article 55 Point 8 of the 2005 amendments to the Armenian Constitution, President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan made a decision to appoint Paruyr Hovhannisyan Permanent Representative of Armenia in the Council of Europe (residence in Strasbourg).
By another decree, Armen Papikyan has been relieved from the aforementioned office.
