To the distinguished RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan,

It is a great joy and pride to congratulate you and the staff on the 5^th anniversary of the RA Ministry of Diaspora.

In the past five years, despite problems and several difficulties in the region, politics, economy and culture, the RA Ministry of Diaspora managed to implement several programs of strategic significance for the establishment and regulation of Homeland-Diaspora relations which unquestionably always deserve the appreciation of all Armenians around the world.

On this occasion, I wish the ministry more success and achievements under the leadership of a prudent and caring person like you.
