Spain’s Merida recognizes the Armenian Genocide

Merida became the 18th city of the Kingdom of Spain to officially recognize the Armenian Genocide, as reported President of Ararat Armenian Association of Valencia Ararat Ghukasyan to Hayern Aysor.

The motion of Ararat Armenian Association had been submitted to the city council by member of Ararat Armenian Association Evelina Kroyan.

All the four political parties represented within the city council unanimously recognized the Armenian Genocide.
