Performance of play “Robbery at Midnight” in Athens

After waiting for months, the “Dziadzan” Theater Company of Ararat Armenian Sport and Cultural Union of Athens finally performed Miroslav Mitrovich’s comedy “Robbery at Midnight” at the Campanelis Hall of the municipality of Randy district of Athens on June 4th and 5th, as reported “Hayastan” news network to Hayern Aysor.

The actors of the play directed by Haig Gasarjian kept the Greek-Armenian spectators laughing for more than 75 minutes.

“Dziadzan” Theater Company has been around for about eleven years. Throughout the years of its existence, the theater company has managed to gather young Greek and Armenian actors. Let us remind that one of the latest performances of the theater company was the play “My Heart is in the Highlands” by world famous writer William Saroyan.

The leading actors of the performance “Robbery at Midnight” were:

Krikor Chaparian (Frank-the robber),

Herman Menendian (Milan-deputy head of a store),

Makrouhi Arejian (Silva-Milan’s wife),

Arlette Harounian (Zizi-Milan’s lover),

Sifi Kasesian (policeman).
