By the decree of the President of the Republic of Armenia, Manvel Badeyan has been appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the State of Kuwait (seat in Al-Kuwait).

Prior to that, by another presidential decree, Fadey Charghoghlyan has been relieved of the office of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the State of Kuwait and to the Sultanate of Oman.
