Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan attended the opening of a monument dedicated to the heroes who died during the four-day Artsakh war in April. It was sculpted by Vardan Harutyunyan and placed in Tatul Krpeyan Park at the initiative of the Student Council of the Armenian State University of Economics and the Youth Foundation of Armenia.

As reported the Department of Information and Public Relations of the Government of the Republic of Armenia, Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan paid his respects and laid flowers at the monument and at the tombs of the freedom fighters who died in the liberation struggle for Artsakh.
