Construction in Ariavan settlement ended during the days of the war in Artsakh in April.

As reported the press service of the Ministry of Urban Development of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, even though most of the technical equipment of cable organizations operating in Ariavan were transferred to the military frontline after 5 April, improvement works continued for the completion of engineering works.

The 26 villages in the first district of Ariavan will be exploited with all of their infrastructures. The walls and main walls have been built, and all the villas are surrounded by metal fences. The district has water supply.

Seven roofs have already been built in the second district of Ariavan. Construction of the roofs of the other villas will end in June. The internal water supply network and sewerage system are in place, and works are being carried out for external water supply. Improvement works are being carried out in the third district.

According to the source, the villas will be exploited within the framework of the events dedicated to the 25^th anniversary of Independence of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic on September 2, 2016.
