Equal conditions for taxation and customs must be created for all importers

According to Hayern Aysor, during the May 19 session of the Government of the Republic of Armenia, Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan, touching upon the vision that he stated during a May 18 question-and-answer session with government officials held in the National Assembly, assigned the Minister of Economy to prepare a memorandum so that the required documents are available and clear to businessmen and those wishing to import products and so that other authorities don’t create artificial barriers for them. The Prime Minister assigned to post the memorandum on the website of the Ministry of Economy.

 

The head of government also attached importance to making sure the results of laboratory inspections are fair. Hovik Abrahamyan assigned the State Revenue Committee adjunct to the Government of the Republic of Armenia to create equal conditions for taxes and customs for all importers and emphasized that that process would be under the control of the control service of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia that will be inspected once a week or once a month.
