Русский“The Other Side of Home”-new Armenian Genocide documentary to premiere in Glendale
A new documentary about the Armenian Genocide will premiere in Glendale, writes The Los Angeles Times, according to News.am.
Nare Mkrtchyan’s “The Other Side of Home” presents the film director’s trip with the accompaniment of a woman from Turkey.
The film will premiere at MGN Five Star Cinema on April 21. Screenings will end on April 28.
“It was important for us to present a personal story about how those events continue to have an impact on our lives,” Mkrtchyan declared and added: “While I was working on the film, I understood that the genocide doesn’t end when people are no longer killed. It has an impact on generations.”
