On March 22, RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan received Chairman of the “Dro” Committee of ARF-D Australia Chapter Haig Kayserian.

The Minister greeted the guest and expressed her satisfaction with the organization’s efforts for preservation of the Armenian identity and for its active participation in the events dedicated to the Centennial of the Armenian Genocide.

The guests talked about the latest community-wide events and upcoming programs of the Armenian community of Australia.

During the meeting, the sides discussed issues related to the opportunities for the strengthening of ties between Armenia and the Armenian community of Australia, the participation of Australian-Armenian schoolchildren in the programs of the RA Ministry of Diaspora, as well as the participation of young Australian-Armenians in the meeting for Armenian students of foreign universities and young professionals organized by the RA Ministry of Diaspora.
