Hranush Hakobyan: “The Armenian communities of Greece and Cyprus work actively with the RA Ministry of Diaspora” (video)

The Armenian communities of Greece and Cyprus play a major role in the cordial state and political relations with Armenia. Armenians have their worthy place in the political systems and systems of governance in both countries.

President Serzh Sargsyan, who is on official visits to Greece and Cyprus and whose delegation included RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan, had meetings with representatives of the organizations of the Armenian communities of both Greece and Cyprus.

“Both communities work very actively with the RA Ministry of Diaspora and participate in the programs of the RA Ministry of Diaspora, including the “Ari Tun” Program, the “Diaspora” Summer School Program, the “Im Hayastan” (My Armenia) Pan-Armenian Festival and more,” RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan mentioned, reports Hayern Aysor.

In Greece, President Serzh Sargsyan also had meetings with the local chapters of Armenian national political parties, including the Armenian Revolutionary Federation-Dashnaktsutyun, the Armenian Democratic Liberal Party (Ramgavar) and the Social Democrat Hunchakian Party. RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan and RA Ambassador to Greece Gagik Ghalachyan were also attending the meetings.
