When carrying out its numerous and diverse programs and projects, the RA Ministry of Diaspora makes good friends and obtains supporters, whose efforts are noticeable and always appreciated by the RA Minister of Diaspora. Meritorious singer of the “Varpetner” (Masters) Ensemble Anahit Sahakyan was granted a certificate many years ago, but just recently, she received a congratulatory letter/letter of appreciation as the best friend of the RA Ministry of Diaspora and on the occasion of her birthday. The congratulatory letter/letter of appreciation particularly reads as follows:

“We are certain that, with your influence as an artist, you will continue your cultural activities, contributing to the preservation of the image and identity of the Armenian people abroad, and to the presentation and propaganda of pure arts in the Homeland.”

Expressing gratitude for the surprise and appreciation, Anahit Sahakyan stressed that having the honor of being a friend of the RA Ministry of Diaspora is already a high award and that she will continue to participate in and propagandize many pan-Armenian programs of the RA Ministry of Diaspora and the programs aimed at preserving the national identity. Head of the Department of All-Armenian Programs of the RA Ministry of Diaspora Gagik Gyanjumyan, Head of the Division for Culture, Sport and Youth of the Department Greta Mnatsakanyan, head of the cultural section for the “Im Hayastan” (My Armenia) Pan-Armenian Festival Laura Avetisyan and all the staff members of the Department cordially congratulated the beloved and meritorious singer on the occasion of her birthday by giving roses to the masterful performer presenting the world of flowers in her songs and expressing their best wishes.
