Oktogo.ru, a Russian service for online hotel reservations, has prepared a list of the places that were the most accessible for tourists in 2015, reports the Department of Information and Public Relations of Yerevan Municipality to Hayern Aysor.

The list is based on the average daily fees for hotel reservations made between 1 February and 31 December 2015. Yerevan is in the top ten most accessible foreign cities selected by Russian tourists in 2015. According to Oktogo.ru, on the average, Russian tourists visit Yerevan for 3.5 days.

“In 2015, Yerevan was included in the top ten most popular places that tourists would visit during the weekends,” Communications Director for Oktogo.ru Yakob Sadchikov mentioned.

Among the other most popular cities for tourists are Poland’s Poznan and Krakow, Spain’s Malaga, Georgia’s Tbilisi, Moldova’s Kishinev and other cities where tourists spend $10-22,000 dollars a day.
