On the occasion of the New Year according to the Old Armenian Calendar, director of the primary school of tsmakahogh village of Martakert region Spartak Avanesyan and the school’s director for military affairs Aram Asryan visited the frontline to wish the soldiers a happy new year.
Editor-in-chief of Martakert’s Jraberd official newspaper Lusine Zakaryan told Artsakhpress that the schoolchildren of the school of Tsmakahogh had prepared packages for the frontline soldiers that the school’s director and military affairs director transferred to the soldiers. The schoolchildren had placed letters to the soldiers in boxes.
One of the packages was prepared by former director of the primary school of Tsmakahogh Elmira Sargsyan, who had written a letter “to the grandchild defending the border” on behalf of all grandmothers.
