President of Artsakh Bako Sahakyan has signed decrees, according to which Honorary President of the “Pyunik” Pan-Armenian Human Resources Development Foundation and benefactor Gabriel Jemberjian and chairman of the Foundation’s board of trustees, Doctor of Historical Sciences and Professor Levon Sargsyan have been awarded with the Mesrop  Mashtots Order for their notable charities in the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, as reports the Central Information Department of the Staff of the President of the Artsakh Republic.
