Syrian refugee, single father already has three businesses after becoming popular on the Internet (photos)

This is a touching and inspiring story of a Syrian refugee father, Abdul Halim Al-Atarm. He moved to Beirut and was found selling pens on the streets to make his livelihood. When one of his photos with his sleeping daughter in his arms went viral, some generous people helped him to get what he wanted, reports tert.am, writes millionpictures.co.

A Norwegian web developer, Gissur Simonarson started a campaign for Abdul, and so many people joined the cause to help this hard-working father.

In a very short period of time, people from all over the globe contributed generously, and Abdul got almost $191,000.

Just after getting his money, he opened a bakery, a kebab house and a local restaurant. Abdul said that with the help of these people, not only has his life changed, but also his children can also enjoy their life now. Abdul also helped some people in Syria and changed their lives too.

After his own business progressed, Abdul helped his friends and family in Syria by giving them around $25,000. He has also hired 18 refugees, who are also from Syria.

Currently, Abdul and his two daughters live in a two-bedroom apartment, and Abdul is a successful businessman.
