Armenia’s female boxers Ashkhen Hovhannisyan (60 kg) and Anna Hovhannisyan (64 kg) each scored a victory at the Golden Girls International Boxing Championship in the Swedish city of Buros and were recognized as the winners in their respective weight categories.

As reports the Armenian Boxing Federation, the international championship brought together boxers from several countries across Europe. The medals were granted to the Russians, the Finnish and the Norwegians.
