Turkish FM: “We always stand by our brother Azerbaijan’s side in regard to the seized territories of Azerbaijan”

Turkish Minister of Foreign Affairs Mevlut Cavusoglu, who is on an official visit to Azerbaijan, had a meeting with Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Elmar Mammadyarov. As reports haberler, after the meeting, the two ministers gave a press conference during which Cavusoglu touched upon the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and the issues that play an important role in Turkey-Azerbaijan relations.
As reports ermenihaber.am, talking about the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, Cavusoglu mentioned the following:
“Azerbaijan knows that we will stand by its side in the solution to any issue, especially the Karabakh issue and the issue of the territories seized from Azerbaijan. We always support our brother Azerbaijan. We always show a constructive approach to the process. We also constructively demand that the Minsk Group be active. We will continue to stand by our brother Azerbaijan’s side.”
Touching upon the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway, the Turkish minister mentioned that Turkey has some legal issues with the organization that is in charge of project implementation and added that Turkey would solve the issue in the near future.
Cavusoglu informed that the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Turkey, Azerbaijan and Georgia would be meeting in December 2015 to discuss joint projects and several regional issues.
