On November 19, RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan received Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Kuwait to the Republic of Armenia Bassam Muhammad Alqabandi.

The sides discussed the opportunities for cooperation to carry out support programs for Armenian families having moved to Armenia due to the Syrian crisis.
