There is information that armaments are being used in the conflict zone of Nagorno-Karabakh, and that information is provided to the OSCE on a regular basis.

According to Artsakhpress, this is what Head of the Department for International Security and Control of Armaments of the RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs Samvel Mkrtchyan said during a press conference held on the sidelines of the NATO Week in Yerevan on November 3.

Touching upon the issue of Azerbaijan using armaments from Turkey, the representative of the RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasized that there is information on the armaments that each side has used.

“The fact that Turkey has a destructive position and is definitely defending Baku is clear, and we keep our colleagues at the OSCE updated on a regular basis,” Samvel Mkrtchyan emphasized.
