On October 14, RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan received Merited Artist of the Republic of Armenia Ruben Sahakyan, singer Anahit Sahakyan, as well as dudukists Harutyun Chkolyan and David Melkumyan, who will be giving concerts in the cities of Novosibirsk and Kemerovo of the Russian Federation with the support of the RA Ministry of Diaspora from October 15 to 19.

Minister Hranush Hakobyan wished the artists success and voiced hope that the concerts would provide the Armenians of Novosibirsk and Kemerovo with the opportunity to view highly artistic performances of Armenian folk and patriotic songs, enjoy the charm of Armenian songs and feel proud to be Armenian.

Organizational issues were also discussed during the meeting.
