WBO world champion Arthur Abraham was awarded with the title of honorary citizen of Yerevan. “It is already 35 years I live in Yerevan and, in my opinion, every citizen dreams to become honorary citizen of Yerevan.
I am very happy to become honorary citizen of Yerevan. Yerevan is the city of my dreams, I was born here, grew up here and there is no a single city in the world that I love more than Yerevan. But I would like Yerevan to grow and develop further, to become a city that the whole world would wish to visit it”, “Armenpress” reports, WBO world champion told the journalists. Arthur Abraham (Avetik Abrahamyan) was born on February 20, 1980 in Yerevan. He resides in German capital city Berlin since 2004. In addition of being a citizen of Armenia, he holds a German passport since 2005.
