One feels proud to be a member of the Union of Armenians of Russia. The ongoing attention and generosity towards the members, the warm atmosphere with Armenians and the necessary assistance have always instilled hope and faith in the members of the Armenian community of Russia and have helped them feel united and confident.

The members of the Union of Armenians of Russia feel stronger, more protected and more enriched in mind and spirit since they are surrounded by faithful and heartfelt people endowed with great merits.

The Union of Armenians of Russia provides a great opportunity to personally know and establish contacts with Armenian artists and scientists and be well aware of the issues and achievements of the Armenians. This is all a treasure and soul food for every Armenian living with longing and difficulties outside of the homeland.

The substantial programs carried out by the organization, the meetings with notable individuals, the evenings devoted to literature and several other events not only help the members feel proud, but also provide them with the opportunity to stay true to their roots and history and preserve their national identity, which is the most important issue in the Diaspora.

It is our pleasure to say that we felt the power of the unity of the community even more during the several events that were held on the occasion of the 100^th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide as the Armenians of Russia joined the representatives of other nations to state the claims, restore justice and prevent future genocides.

The organization has carried out invaluable activities aimed at preserving the Armenian identity, for which we express our gratitude to President of the Union of Armenians of Russia and the World Armenian Congress Ara Abrahamyan. May his pro-national activities further strengthen the relations between Russia and Armenia! That will make us stronger.
