On September 10, Primate of the Armenian Diocese of Russia and New Nakhichevan, Father, Archbishop Yezras Nersisyan consecrated the foundation of the church that is under construction in the city of Ulyanovsk of the Russian Federation.

The church is being built through the efforts of the local Armenian community and will occupy more than 200 square meters.
