On September 11, President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan held a working consultation with the top commanders of the Defense Army led by Minister of Defense Levon Mnatsakanyan.
As reports the Central Information Department of the Staff of the NKR President, issues related to army construction, the situation at the Line of Contact of the armed forces of Karabakh and Azerbaijan and improvement of social conditions of military servicemen.
The head of state gave specific assignments to solve the issues that were discussed.
