Between January and June 2015, 5,286 tourists have visited the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic compared to the 4,353 tourists last year.
This is what press secretary of the NKR Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ani Sargsyan said in an interview with “Artsakhpress”.
“Foreign journalists’ attention towards Artsakh is unprecedented this year. Based on the statistics of the first six months, the Department of Information and Public Relations of the NKR Ministry of Foreign Affairs has accredited 100 foreign journalists, compared to the 23 journalists who were accredited in the same period last year,” Sargsyan mentioned.
