Russian opera singer Lyubov Kazarnovskaya’s name will be included in the list of persona non grata of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan. This comes after Lyubov Kazarnovskaya’s visit to Nagorno-Karabakh, reports RIA Novosti, writes Artsakhpress, according to head of the ministry’s press service Hikmet Hajiyev.

The opera singer and educator visited Stepanakert and hosted a master class at the local musical college. Armenian presses report that this wasn’t the singer’s first visit to Artsakh.

The black list of foreigners prohibited from entering Azerbaijan includes foreigners who, without the permission of the Azerbaijani authorities, visit territories, including Nagorno-Karabakh and territories that Baku considers territories that have been occupied by Armenia.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan published the list in 2013, which includes the names of a total of 300 foreigners.
