An Azerbaijani civilian helicopter has been noticed very close to the border of Nagorno-Karabakh several days ago, Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan said.
The Armenian side reported about helicopter and followed it so that helicopter could continue its flight without problems, Minister Ohanyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am, adding that situation on the border is calm.
“There are a few shots. We have been able to create a mechanism that will deter all sorts of violations. We exercise restraint and do not resort to provocations,” the Minister said.
He added that the Armed Forces of Armenia and the Nagorno Karabakh Republic are doing everything to respect ceasefire regime.
