РусскийMartakert and Marseilles sign cooperation agreement
On May 20, President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan visited Marseilles where he met with the municipal authorities led by Mayor Francois Pupponi.
According to the Central Information Department of the Office of the Artsakh Republic President, an agreement on cooperation was signed between Marseilles and Martakert.
President Sahakyan emphasized that Artsakh pays special attention to the establishment of cooperation with different cities across France, viewing it as a major opportunity for the development of cities of Artsakh and the deepening of relations between France and Karabakh.
