Upon the May 19 decree of the President of the Republic of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan, Ashot Smbatyan has been appointed the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Federal Republic of Germany (resident in Berlin).
The Mass Media and Public Relations Department of the Armenian President’s Office informed “Armenpress” about this.
