Italian TV covers 7 stories on Armenian Genocide in April
From April 23 to 28, state Italian radio and television company Rai showed 7 TV programs about the Armenian Genocide, the website Roma Multietnica reports, citing the Armenian community in Rome and Lazio region.
Thus, on April 23, Rai 3 showed a lengthy interview with Milan University Professor Baykar Sivaslian.
On April 24 another Rai group channel, Channel 54, showed a documentary on Armenian Genocide directed by Anthony Goldberg. The film included not only historical chronicles, but also a large number of interviews with the famous scholars, many of them being Turks by descent.
On April 26, Rai 3 showed a 10-minute story on Armenia.
On April 28, Rai 3 showed a program on Armenian Genocide with the participation of the Siena University Professor Marcello Flores. The program, prepared by the famous TV journalist Massimo Bernardini, was retransmitted thrice by Rai Storia, Channel 54 and Channel 23.
