Music video for song “Remember” of “Black April” project to be made at Tsitsernakaberd Armenian Genocide Memorial today

The making of the music video for the song “Remember”, which is part of the “Black April” project carried out by the RA Ministry of Diaspora and Merited Artist of the Republic of Armenia Ara Gevorgyan, will take place near Tsitsernakaberd Armenian Genocide Memorial on April 18 at 20:30. The song is dedicated to the Centennial of the Armenian Genocide.

The making of the music video comes after a pan-Armenian flashmob during which choirs of the Armenian Diaspora performed the song in front of the emblems of different countries that will be used in the making of the music video as well.

During the making of the music video, 300 students will participate in a flashmob that will take place as the State Academic Choir of Armenia performs the song under the direction of People’s Artist of the Republic of Armenia, Principal Conductor of the State Academic Choir of Armenia Ohannes Chekidjian. The goal of the “Black April” project is to present through music the Armenians’ claims and urge the international community to rule out genocides.
