On April 16, RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan gave an interview to members of the BBC TV crew, who are in Armenia to prepare a television series devoted to the past and present of Armenia and the Armenian people for BBC ahead of the Centennial of the Armenian Genocide.

The questions were mainly related to Armenia-Diaspora relations, the symbol and significance of the events commemorating the Centennial of the Armenian Genocide, the issues facing Syrian-Armenians in Armenia, as well as the state policy on the activities for Syrian-Armenians and the programs that are being carried out for them.
