Representatives of Armenian Chambers of Commerce and Industry and Unions of Businessmen hosted at the RA Ministry of Diaspora

On September 22, RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan received participants of the 5th Armenia-Diaspora Conference, representatives of Armenian Chambers of Commerce and Industry and Unions of Businessmen led by President of the Canadian-Armenian Business Council Vahram Pirjanian.

Among those attending the meeting were President of the Armenian Chamber of Commerce of Australia Rita Lepedjian; President of the Armenian-Iranian Chamber of Commerce Levon Aharonian; President of the Armenian-Romanian Association of Commerce and Industry Varoujan Vosganian; Vice-Chairman of the Lebanon-Armenia Chamber of Commerce and Industry Hrair Dandzigian; PR correspondent of the Lebanon-Armenia Chamber of Commerce and Industry Krikor Balasalian; Lebanese-Armenian businessman, founding member of the Armenian Jewelers’ Association (AJA) Nazareth Sapoundjian and President of the Union of Businessmen of Armenia Arsen Ghazaryan.

Vahram Pirjanian expressed gratitude to the RA Ministry of Diaspora for properly organizing the 5th Armenia-Diaspora Conference.

The sides discussed the future plans of the Armenian Chambers of Commerce and Industry and Unions of Businessmen and decided that the next forum of representatives of Armenian Chambers of Commerce and Industry would be held on May 9, 2015, the day of the liberation of Shushi. The forum will kick off in Artsakh and will continue in Yerevan.
