On Apr. 24, RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan received Chairman of the ARF-D Homenetmen Central Committee Karnig Megerdichian.
Megerdichian congratulated Hranush Hakobyan on being reappointed Minister of Diaspora and voiced hope that the cooperation between Homenetmen and the Ministry of Diaspora would be more effective and multifaceted.
Hranush Hakobyan attached importance to Homenetmen’s role in the Armenian upbringing of Diaspora Armenian Youth, its efforts to shape a healthy spirit in a healthy body and praised Homenetmen’s programs aimed at strengthening the bonds between Diaspora Armenian youth and the homeland.
The sides discussed issues of bilateral interest and agreed on signing a long-term agreement on cooperation and developing and implementing new programs together.
