On August 9, RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan held a consultation with Deputy Ministers Serzh Srapionyan and Vahagn Melikyan, Chief of Staff Firdus Zakaryan, heads of departments and divisions of the RA Ministry of Diaspora, the director of the “Homeland-Diaspora Center” SNCO and the editor-in-chief of Hayern Aysor (Armenians Today) electronic newspaper.

The participants of the consultation paid respects to the memory of their beloved co-worker Nver Nalbandyan with a moment of silence.

The participants of the consultation recapped the “Diaspora” Summer School Program. The Minister attached importance to the proper organizing and coverage of the “Ari Tun” Program and the “My Armenia” Pan-Armenian Festival and assigned to solve all the issues in a timely and effective manner.

The participants presented the completed activities, the events that were implemented and attached importance to ensuring effectiveness of activities with Armenian communities and the active efforts.

The heads of departments and divisions were assigned to carry out their functions more consistently and strictly follow rules and regulations at the workplace. The Minister gave other assignments and designated correspondents and coordinators.
