Legendary French-Armenian singer Charles Aznavour will visit Armenia in April 2016. This is what Aznavour’s press speaker Kristina Sargsyan told “Armenpress”.
“We are preparing to visit Armenia to attend the Aurora Awards,” she said.
There are no other details about Aznavour’s visit.
Notable French-Armenian singer, songwriter, actor and public figure Charles Aznavour was born on May 22, 1924 in Paris. He has composed and performs many famous songs and has sold nearly 100 million albums. Since 2009, Aznavour is Armenia’s Ambassador to Switzerland, as well as Armenia’s Permanent Representative to the UN Headquarters in Geneva and to other international organizations.
