РусскийPresident of Canada’s Zoryan Institute visits the RA Ministry of Diaspora
On April 25, RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan received President of the Zoryan Institute of Canada Greg Sarkissian.
Greeting the guest, Minister Hranush Hakobyan attached importance to the scientific activities carried out by the Zoryan Institute, particularly the Institute’s contribution to raising the international community’s awareness about the Armenian Genocide.
The scientific and educational activities and various publications of Zoryan Institute serve as evidence of the Institute’s great potential. The Institute also makes great efforts to train a new generation of scholars for the acknowledgement of genocide and human rights.
The sides discussed issues on the future actions of lawyers, historians and genocide experts for the recognition and condemnation of the Armenian Genocide.
