Pilgrims from Hye Pointe Parish Council visit Mother See

His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians on 2 June received a group of pilgrims of the Hye Pointe Parish Council of the U.S. Eastern Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church accompanied by spiritual pastor of the Hye Pointe Parish Council in Haverhill (Massachusetts), Priest Vard Gyozalyan at the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin. At the outset, His Holiness Vard introduced the pilgrims and asked for the Catholicos’s blessing and patriarchal message.

His Holiness welcomed the pilgrims’ visit to the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin and expressed his joy for the fact that the Armenians were visiting the spiritual center of all Armenians to reinforce their loyalty and dedication to the Armenian Church. The Supreme Patriarch praised the zealous spirit of the Diaspora Armenians which helps them become involved in community life and stay true to their traditions. The Supreme Patriarch urged the pilgrims to stay united around the Church and remain dedicated to service for the Armenians with the Christian spirit and wished that God help them continue their mission for the homeland and the Church.

In their turn, the pilgrims of the Hye Pointe Parish Council expressed their gratitude for the warm reception at the Mother See, reports the information system of the Mother See to “Hayern Aysor”.
