On December 9, President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed a decree by which soldier of military unit N of the NKR Defense Army Garik Ispiryan has been posthumously awarded the Medal for Combat Service for his courage during defense on the state border of the NKR, reports the Central Department of Information of the Staff of the NKR President.
